Our Mission

Delphi offers prevention through education, recovery through treatment, and support through Reentry and Health Homes case management. We empower people in the Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes area to make informed decisions about substance use and other behaviors.

We offer a range of Prevention Programming to school districts: Prevention Counseling and Prevention Educational Classes grades K-12, including summer and after school programs

Community and School District Professional Development Trainings, School wide Assembly programs and Parent Speaking Series.

Mental Health First Aid and Youth Mental Health First Aid Certification Trainings: Learn How to Identify and Get Help for a Mental Health Problem-3 year Certification

Delphi's Outpatient Chemical Dependency Treatment Clinic serves individuals ages 12 and up with individual, group, and family therapy. There is also a specialized track for perpetrators of domestic violence within this treatment program.

As the lead agency of the Monroe County Reentry Task Force, Delphi’s Reentry services provide intensive case management services for men and women returning to the community after incarceration, to ensure a safe and successful like in the community.

Delphi’s Health Homes Care Management Program provides individual care managers for any Medicaid recipient meeting basic NYS Dept. of Health criteria, provide assistance in managing their health care and issues like applying for assistance, finding safe, affordable housing, finding the right health care provider, and much more.
