Our Mission Statement

Delphi is committed to assisting the Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes community in coping with the decisions about, the consequences of, and the alternatives to chemical use and abuse-from prevention to recovery.





Delphi is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization with 32 employees and an annual operating budget of $2 million dollars.



Offering a range of programming, provides Chemical Dependency Prevention Counseling services to school districts in both Monroe and Wayne counties, and offers a wide range of Prevention Education Services to grades K-12. Delphi's Outpatient Chemical Dependency Treatment Clinic serves individuals ages 12 and up with individual, group, and family therapy. There is also a specialized track for perpetrators of domestic violence within this treatment program.



Announcement of Opening

Delphi Drug & Alcohol Council, Inc seeks a new Executive Director to lead the organization forward to implement the organization's strategic plan. The current Executive Director is retiring after 33 years of service

Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a broad range of educational and professional experience that demonstrates the following skill sets:



  • Leadership -visionary--the ability to see and articulate a future
  • Communication skills - written and oral

  • Process management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to implement change
  • Strategic and tactical planning skills
