Mission Statement

Delphi Drug & Alcohol Council, Inc. is committed to assisting the community in coping with the decisions, consequences and alternatives to substance use and misuse, from Prevention to Recovery.

Delphi Drug & Alcohol Council, Inc. is a not-for-profit agency that provides Prevention Education, School-Based Counseling, Out-Patient Treatment and the Domestic Violence & Abuse Course for Men. Delphi is licensed by the NYS Office of Alcoholism  and Substance Abuse Services.

Delphi Drug & Alcohol Council, Inc was created by the merger of the Drug and Alcohol Council and Delphi Drug Abuse Center – two highly regarded organizations that have worked closely as partners for many years.  The result is an agency with more than 106 years of combined experience treating and preventing drug and alcohol abuse. Depression, anxiety, suicide, teenage pregnancy, domestic violence and family disruption are issues closely connected to the use of drugs and alcohol.

Through our diverse programs, Delphi successfully assists individuals, families and the community by working to find solutions to these serious problems.  Drug and alcohol abuse and chemical dependency devastate individual, families and communities without regard to age, gender, race or socio-economic group.
